This is not going to be an easy match for home side because have many young players in the team and as always these type of players are alternating good matches with bad matches.
The advantage for them is that Steaua Bucharest hasn't played this season any official match the Romanian League is on break and the other advantage is that the guests have some problems with one of their defenders who broke his nose and also on right flank where will use a player that hasn't played any official match with his new team.

In this game I see at least 2 goals for Ajax and I see Steaua not to score .For romanian teams in Europa League the presion is to high and they don't resist. Steaua have some big internal problems and this I am sure will affect their game tonight. Their goolkepeer have some problems at high balls and he misses many balls .He also maked many mistakes in the last game played by Steaua in Holland with Twente when that team score because the goolkepeer maked a big, big mistakes.
