I'm not sure what Brisbane Roar's problem is this season. They are the reigning champs and have been the dominant team in recent seasons, the personnel are largely unchanged from last season yet they have been v poor this season so I can't explain. Brisbane have a record of 1 draw and 4 defeats away from home so far and so they are unlikely to record a victory at a team with 3 wins in last 4 at home, beating Perth and holding Central Coast Mariners (the likely winners this season).
At best on this form Brisbane will get a draw which returns the stake. Worth a punt on a decent stake here, a real gem...

I have been watching the Australian league over the last few weeks since it started as it becomes a more interesting league with the inclusion of some big names over the summer including Emile Heskey and Alessandro Del Piero.
Melbourne Victory may have gone down 4-2 to Adelaide United in round 10 but being 4-1 down at half time I saw enough fight in them away from home to show they are becoming a good team. They were just beaten by a better team on home soil.
Melbourne may welcome back Socceroo legend Archie Thompson as well back from international duty while Rojas looks hot right now.
Brisbane look poor right now and do not look the same team as last season. It was a shocking performance against Western Sydney and there is definitely something wrong at this club at the moment.
