Both team are having difficult seasons. CFR Cluj despite performing well in the winter break in friendly games, they lost 2 important players and are having trouble with injuries. They never won any official game in 2013, losing 0-5 on aggregate against Inter and drawing 2 and losing 1 in Liga I.
