Germany are a top top side, we know this. We also know that Ireland can pull out a surprise on occasion. I don't see this as being one of them, they are simply not good enough to beat the Germans, I see a 0-2 or a 1-3 here but I see Germany winning by more than one goal in any case.
If it was a friendly I would have doubts about this bet but as it's a world cup qualifier i don't see any other result than a German win.
Robbie Keana is ruled out which is a huge loss and Jonathan Walters has been brought in, while he's a good player I don't think he's at the same level as Keane and he definately doesn't have the same drive or creativity.

Germany are massive value here they are ranked 2 in the world and are playing an inconsistent Ireland side who were outclassed in every game at the euros. Republic of Ireland were nearly embarrassed by Kazakhstan in their last game, whereas Germany won their first WC Group qualifier 2-1 away in Austria.
With the Irish up against the likes of Schweinsteiger, Muller, Gotze, Reus and Gomez, Germany will prove to have significantly superior quality.
Add to this the fact that Germany have never lost an away world cup qualifier and that they have some of the best players in European football then this tip just makes sense.
There really isn't alot more to be said. Anyone who knows anything about fooball must know that R.O.I cant possibly win this, so only the draw would ruin this bet, but Germany have too many good players for that to happen

Republic of Ireland are currently 28th in the FIFA World Rankings and Germany are 2nd. Ireland did not make the last World Cup and did not qualify from their group in the Euro 2012 finals. Germany finished 3rd in the latest world championships and reached the semi-finals of Euro 2012. Ireland have scored 9 goals in their last ten matches and conceded 11 while Germany have scored 18 in ten and conceded 14.
Republic of Ireland looked an old and tired side at Euro 2012. They lost all three matches conceding 9 goals and Shay Given in particular had a poor tournament. Robbie Keane is the record goalscorer for the side but he had few opportunities to score at the Euros. Ireland have made a good start to the 2014 World Cup campaign with a win away to Kazakhstan but in the context of this match the form is questionable. Dublin can be a difficult place to visit but Czech Republic drew there in February and Germany have the class to go one better and record an away win.

I know that stubborn Ireland defense could make some trouble with my bet but i believe that this will be easier match for visitors than odds are suggesting. The tactic of both teams are well known. Ireland will defend strong and seek their chances in possible counters and from free kick and corners. Germany, on the other hand will play their fluid attacking football with lots of chances to score. The most important thing is, can they do it in first half. In my opinion, they will lead already at half time so that will be my pick for this game..

The German team will be in the Republic of Ireland tonight looking to continue their great history in the competition. Records they hold include most consecutive wins in competitive matches 2010-2012. I also read that Germany have lost 2 in 74 world cup qualifying matches in their History with no losses away from home!
The German team looks strong only really missing Gomez and Lahm but still have a strong and young squad. Ireland will be missing top scorer Robbie Keane due to injury and Shay Given and Damien Duff due to retirements. Expect a one sided game tonight.

I'm going full stake on Germany on this one. After unlucky 1-2 playoff round against France before 2010 World Cup, Ireland were lucky to draw my home country Estonia in 2012 Euro Cup play-offs. UEFA wanted to make up for last time and referee Viktor Kassai made sure that Ireland qualifies, giving Estonian centre back Stepanov two early yellow cards. Even though I was in Australia that time, I watched the match with high hopes only to see Estonian Euro dream crushed in the hands of referee. Needless to say my Irish friends had fairly different feelings. But came Euro 2012, I watched with great joy Ireland failing to gather a point in their group.
Germany, as expected won all their group matches and quarter final, but two errors in defence saw them receiving 1-2 defeat in the hands of Italy. They won all Euro 2012 qualification matches, and recieved bonuses and praise from local FA. They might be finding this a bit harder this time around, but only against Sweden, all other teams in Group C are easily beatable.
Germany will be only missing Phillip Lahm due to suspension and Gomez, who is recovering from injury, but he hasn't played after match against Italy. Coach Löw is considering giving Hamburger SV player Heiko Westermann Lahm's place, and in attack Germany has plenty of options.
Ireland coach Trappatoni has much more problems, Shay Given and Damien Duff retired from national team, Robbie Keane and Richard Dunne are injured, aswell other regulars McLean, St Ledger and Whelan will be missing this match. Stoke's Jonathan Walters is expected to start against Germany as a lone striker.
Germany has had some problems in defence in recent times, but they make it up by scoring more than opponents. This match will probaly be over 2.5 goal line, Germany taking 2-1, 3-1 victory over Ireland who have lot of absentees, and don't look likely to make the trip to Brazil.

Ireland list of missing players is longer then ever and the fact that their defensive is weaker then ever makes me thing that the guest will ad the third win from this group and see Ozil and company to win by more then 1.5 goals difference.
I mean the guests haven't shined in this group so far being more then bad in both matches especially in defensive Austria missing several good opportunities in the last match played against Lew's team but home side is no near the team was once and I see the guests not to have problems to impose here.

In their first qualificaiton game Ireland was really poor and was losing from Kazakhstan untill the 88 minute, when Keane scored penalty, and then quite lucky Doyle scored again in the last minute, to take the full pack of poitns for them. For this game Ireland will miss a couple of regulars and I really cant see them taking something from Germany. Doyle, Dunne and McClean are out 100 % and this is huge blow. Also St Ledger and Whelan are big doubts and probably will miss the first qualificaiton game.
Germany also got some problems but not with key players, and also they are having quite strong bench, to replace anyone. Hummels, Gundogan and Bender are out, Lahm is suspended. Their attack will be leaded by inform Klose or Podolski. Germany won all their qualificaiton matches last campaign for the euro finals and I rate them capavble to repeat that performance again.
I see class difference and I expect the odds to drop soon, so early bet should be taken

Germany visit the Republic of Ireland in this World Cup Qualifying fixture. The Irish team is going to be without many senior team players who used to be the spine of their squad. This is a real test for the young Irish team to face a ruthless talented German squad for this fixture. The absence of Given is going to be a big blow for them, and I see this bet to go through from the goals of Germany alone. Germany will look on this fixture to improve their goal difference. We know what happened with Wales against Serbia recently and I expect this German squad to go all guns blazing against this Irish squad too.
The absence of key players in the Irish squad is going to be a major factor for this Irish team. Germany has the likes of Ozil who can run around any defences to make their life miserable.

It's one of the most interesting clashes of this round the one which will take place at Arena Dublin where the host team Ireland take on Germany.
Actually Ireland will miss too many regulars for this match including R.Keane but however I expect a heated atmosphere at Dublin and honestly I don't see Germany winning by many here(if they'll win of course)
Looking at Ireland's home records in the last years I see that they've been beaten just 4 times in more than 40 or so official matches. Besides,these two teams have met each-other 3 times in total and all those games ended underish with the match in Dublin the last time out finishing 0-0. I find it really difficult to see Ireland scoring here since they won't see the ball that often but the under 2.5 goal line looks great to me and I'm going for it with full stakes!

Germany is clear favorite in this group and they have already comfortable advantage ahead of the other teams. The Germans won their first two matches scoring 5 and conceding 1 goal. They will next play Rep. of Ireland. Giovanni Trapattoni is having lot of injury problems for this match. He will be without several key players. Joachim Low will also miss several key players but he has big quality squad to chose from. Germany doesn't win big lately so that is why i think that it is better to back them to win to nil that backing them to win with handicap.

Germany is one of top 5 teams in the world and have large number of good players so two injuries to Hummels and Gomez wont make much difference. Ireland is good, solid, tough to beat team, but they have big injuries ahead of the match, Richard Dunne, Sean St.Ledger, Kevin Doyle, Glen Wheelan and james McClean are all injured. With both regular defenders Dunne and St.Ledger out, Trapattoni will have to make something up. Germany have big power in attack, they are great team offensively and I think they will win in Ireland easier than predicted.
AH -1,00 for Germany seems a strong tip.

Germany travel to Dublin on the back of a convincing win away to Austria (2-1). The Irish management team face a difficult selection dillemma with 1st choice centre halves Richard Dunne and Sean St Ledger out injured .Also a host of other 1st choice team members such as Glen Whelan ,james McLean and Kevin Doyle will also miss the clash.The centre midfield will be very weak for Ireland with Keith Fahey expected to be paired with James McCarthy.
