In 1961 when the British government first legalised betting shops, Ladbrokes were one of the first companies to open a chain of betting shops, and became the very first to offer fixed odds football betting.
This brand which is steeped in tradition now own over 2,200 retail betting shop and are one of the most used and respected online betting companies around.
Their trustworthy high-street reputation has now transcended across their online gaming products and you can now find poker, casino, gaming and backgammon as well as the sportsbook under the Ladbrokes guise.
Being such a notorious and trusted brand means that we don't get much in the way of a welcome bonus when it comes to Ladbroks. The premise is that they do not need to entice you with flashy offers in order to attract your custom, and they do have a point, their legacy more than does that for them.
There is a token gesture of a Ladbrokes bonus that they do offer - bet £50 and get a £50 free bet (Use Ladbrokes Promotion Code "MAXBONUS1") -but it is not something which stands up to many other sportsbook welcome bonuses.
The site at Ladbrokes.com has had a bit of a sprucing up recently and their claim that it is now 'faster, cleaner and slicker' doesn't disappoint. There is easier navigation with a new left hand side menu which takes you smoothly through all the sports betting opportunities, a new one-click betting system which allows you to place desired bets at the click of a button and a new 'race by race viewer' which is basically an improved flashy interface for horse racing fans.
All together it is an impressive over-haul of a site that was once out dated and often difficult to navigate around and it certainly makes Ladbrokes betting a more pleasurable experience.
Other Ladbrokes Information
The Ladbrokes site is the most multi-lingual that I have ever come across with over 20 language options ranging from English to Chinese and everything in between. You can read much more about Ladbrokes on many other sites on the internet. Differing payment options are also available to suit customers from every corner of the world and finally the customer support service is available 24/7 via phone and e-mail. Aside from the sign-up bonus offer there is little to complain about from me when it comes to Ladbrokes.
Disclosure: Ladbrokes and bettingexpert are engaged in a business partnership. This does not affect bettingexpert´s editorial independence or right to express opinions.

Ladbrokes is one of the largest as well as greatest betting site in the present world. It has 2,200 own retail betting shop which is a plus point as a betting industry. As a betting expert I can go out without thanking it's aims, plans and posiblities. It offers bet £50 as a token gesture and £50 bet but not something which stands up to many other sports books welcome bonuses which is really a plus point of Ladbrokes. Not only I but also everyone who are fond of bet should appreciate it.
Does anyone have this problem or it's just a one off case?
