You may not copy, reproduce, republish to the public, or otherwise use BettingExpert content in any way except for your own personal use. Your BettingExpert member service account is strictly personal and you are therefore not allowed to give information about login or picks to any other person.
Should you violate any of the above-mentioned Terms & Conditions we have the right to close your account without any refund of additional subscription. Please also be aware of our BettingExpert disclaimer.
BettingExpert reserves the right to change the number of tipsters, if either a tipster or BettingExpert should decide to end a partnership. In this case BettingExpert will try to find a replacement as soon as possible.
The prizes (odds) picks are posted with, are prizes found at the moment our tipsters post and prizes change fast. Therefore BettingExpert cannot take responsibility for changed prizes.
The features, E-mail- and SMS-service, may be affected by technical difficulties from our system or external partners. In case of delays or missing E-mail/SMS-alerts BettingExpert cannot be hold responsible. We will always try to solve internal problems immediately, but the hosting companies (external partners) providing SMS and E-mail features may experience problems, which is beyond our powers to solve.
There will be no refund of credits, which has already been purchased.
In case of any disputes between either a member and BettingExpert or a tipster and a member, the decision made by BettingExpert will be final.
It’s the sole responsibility of the tipsters that the information, they provide, is correct. BettingExpert has no influence on the information posted.
BettingExpert has the right to change the amount of credits a tipster costs each month, however it must be published on the site and the members must re-subscribe to the tipster.
