Time to reflect and getting into championship form is what Tom Brady is looking for as they take on the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday Night. The Jets will travel to Denver to take on the Broncos on Thursday evening while Any Given Sunday will see the Packers host the Tampa Bay.
Denver Broncos vs. New York Jets
Thursday evening (Friday morning for some of us) will showcase an early Week 11 fixture between Denver Broncos and New York Jets at Mile High Stadium. The home team won convincingly in their two straight road game wins over both Oakland Raiders and Kansas City Chefs. However, at home, the Broncos are 1-4 but with coming off two wins, they are looking to overturn the misery for their home fans. They face a New York Jet team that has not come to terms with the pressure of being labelled as a playoff contender, they certainly didn’t come up big against the Patriots last weekend and so head coach Rex Ryan is losing the battle to get his plays going, mainly the defensive side and also QB Mark Sanchez's nightmare performance. Jet’s main concern might not be their own, but Bronco’s QB Tim Tebow.
Verdict: Won 3 out of 4 games when Tebow starts for Broncos so running is the key victory over the Jets.
Green Bay Packers vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Are we witnessing one of the best ever teams in NFL history? Winning the superbowl back to back will be an achievement and going undefeated this season could be what they are looking for. The Packers saw a dominant win over the Minnesota Vikings with a 45-7 score line and another home game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers could yet suffer the same fate. It is happy times in the Packers camp and their self belief must be at an alltime high, it would take more than a beating to take Green Bay down.
Ever since the trip to London, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers hve won a game and in fact, they endured three straight losses with a Bye Week in between. So four weeks and things haven’t improved into Week 11 and the outlook doesn’t look very bright either. They are faced with a tough task on their two game road trip but first the defending champions, Green Bay Packers, who are playing football on another level. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers didn’t see this coming, last season a 10-6 overall is overshadowed by the current 4-5 record, devastating for them and this weekend is likely to see them going from bad to worse.
Verdict: Impossible to see anything but a Green Bay Packers win, enough said.
Obscure Stat - Packers are 22-7 against the line following a match in which they held their opponents to fewer than 15 points, while Tampa Bay are 8-3-1 against the line in the last 12 meetings between the clubs.
New England Patriots vs. Kansas City Chiefs
Monday Night Football welcomes all fans to see the New England Patriots take on the Kansas City Chiefs at the Gillette Stadium. The home team bounced back from a two straight defeats to win 37-16 at rival home ground, MetLife Stadium, against the New York Jets. The Patriots showed what they are made of and surely are back on track to make the playoffs. The defense showed more determination and a slight hint of the past championship team spirit returning to the team, of course, both QB Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski being the key players yet again. Total control of the division after beating the Jets, now it’s turn to see through they make progress in time for the playoffs.
The Chiefs have had it tough playing at home. Three of their home games saw one narrow biting overtime win against the San Diego Chargers with a field goal, which was followed by two straight defeats given up to both the Miami Dolphins and last weekend the Denver Broncos both at home. They now go on the road to the East coast and could find it hard against a resurgent Patriots who are out to improve. The Chiefs will have to dig deep and play without their main QB Matt Cassel in the roster. This looks like a mismatch between the two teams.
Verdict: The finer details are in the play and that’s what Patriots are about to do on Monday Night.
Obscure Stat - Kansas City are 11-2 against the line in their last 13 games when underdogs of more than 10 points, while New England are just 3-15 in their last 18 when favourites of more than 10 points.

I agree in (most) of your selections here Joe. You have guts to back the Broncos against a desperate NY Jets team. I'll write my preview on that one too, after a short break.
