Hi David,
Yeah, a loan deal for AC Milan on Maxi Lopez. They got their Argie in the end but just not the one who is bench with the Blues in Manchester. Pato won't be going to PSG so that leaves only a minimal option for a few clubs to pick Tevez up before next tuesday. Torres to leave chelsea anyone?

Manchester City have snapped up Roma's David Pizarro on loan for the rest of the season.
An injury prone player but he has great technique. City needed a player like him. He is very much like Modric but less mobile than the Croatian midfielder. Very good vision and excellent passing skills. City to want to secure this championship.
31.01.2012, 15:51 CET
Inter should bring in Kucka from genoa. They have already sealed the acquisition of Guarin from Porto.
31.01.2012, 15:51 CET
Juventus have bought Padoin from Atalanta. This should mean that they will not be buying Nainggolan from Cagliari this month. Talks will go on for his transfer next June.
31.01.2012, 15:53 CET
QPR are also rumoured to be in discussions for the immediate transfer of Zamora from Fulham.

Maxi Lopez has joined Milan. His contract has been deposited with the Italian football association.
This virtually means that Tevez will not be joining Milan in January. We'll have to wait and see about that but apparently City and Milan are still some way apart from each other.
Tevez staying at City until June is therefore very plausible. At this point PSG and Inter are not involved in any action but the French side will definitely come back into play next summer.
