Celebrity Big Brother: Second Eviction Night

At the first eviction night of the Celebrity Big Brother, we saw Sally Bercow ordered to leave the house. Though embarrassed to be the first to leave the house, it is to her husband’s relief and to those who were against her coming on the show. As a wife of the Speaker of the house, she was expected to carry a certain dignity. Yet she defied the status quo by entering the CBB house. Having spilled details of her marriage life and some of her lifestyle, besides being married to the politician, there was no longer any entertainment value with her in the house. Humiliated, she was booted, the first to leave after the public did not care to save her. But they did save Kerry Katona and Bobby Sabel.

 

The housemates were asked to nominate their fellow celebs to be up for the second eviction night of Big Brother. One by one they were asked to go to the diary to cast their votes. Jedward, Paddy, Kerry and Amy did not receive a single vote while Lucien, Pamela, Darryn, Tara and Bobby were selected. However, the ex-wife of the Hoff, Pamela Bach-Hasselhoff and paparazzi king Darryn Lyons received the most nominations and are pitted against each other to win the support of the public in their hopes to avoided being booted from the house.

Pamela Bach-Hasselhoff

It was rumored that former Baywatch babe Pamela Anderson will appear on the show, but during the launching night of the show on Channel Five, instead of Anderson coming out, it was Bach-Hasselhoff who appeared. Although both Pamelas appeared on Baywatch, most of the viewers do not remember the latter Pamela. Being married to David Hasselhoff and carrying his surname, Pamela has been recognized in a way. The ex-wife of David received seven votes from her fellow celebs. A moaner who always has something wrong with her, talks a lot yet it does not make sense, drains most of them emotionally yet has too much emotion and might explode like a loose cannon, an odd woman living an odd life in an odd situation and has gone with the fairies are some of the explainations her hoursemates gave as to why they put her up for eviction.

Darryn Lyons

The king of paparazzi Darryn Lyon received five votes. Nominated by Jedward , the Aussie was put up by them due to his snoring and his controlling attitude, telling them what they can and can’t do did not go well with the Irish twins. His dominating personality has also been echoed by some of the housemates. These include Bobby - who said he dominated the kitchen, Lucien - who feels he has to watch his laughter and Pamela who thinks he is not a team player. On the other hand, Tara nominated the paparazzo for being mean behind their back as well for his mean spirited jokes.

 

Former Baywatch babe Pamela is the odds favourite to leave the Big Brother house at 2/9 while Darryn is at 3/1. However, having voted by the Jedwards this could go against him as they are popular. On the other hand, Pamela’s emotional draining will be so entertaining that the voters might save her to stay a bit longer before her time ends in Celebrity Big Brother 2011 and she is off with the fairies for good.
