Another good handicap bet, as I see. Phoenix after hard home loss to outsider Toronto came to Portland, which is one of the best home teams(8-1 record). Portland back home after loss to Golden State and have 1 day rest, they must crush weak Phoenix on the eyes of home crowd. My prediction was 100-85 and I looked at odds, over under bet is around 190 points, no value there, but AH is good and odds may fall closer to the start. I personally don't like big negative handicaps like this, and will bet only 6 units, but think this play is good.
