BIRMINGHAM TO WIN

A very interesting game in the championship between Birmingham and Southampton, two teams who will battle till the end of the season for promotion. After the bad start of the season Birmingham in the last couple of match has showed their true potential and have managed in a short time to climb the table to the fourth place just five points behind the second place which gives direct promotion. On that place currently is Southampton, who after the great and surprising start of the season when they leaded until some rounds ago, now is having a very bad moment having won only one match in their last five outings. Birmingham in their last three games has been outstanding beating Millwall 6-0!, Watford 3-0 and last match they had one of their best performances when they destroyed Leeds United 1-4 whith Nikola Zigic banging four goals, but he got a little injury and was thought that he will miss the match but the latest news tell that he will be able to play tomorrow. Alongside Zigic, for Birmingham is expected to return striker Marlon King from injury and Guirane N'Daw from ACN. While on the other hand Boss Nigel Adkins of Southampton has a few injury concerns with defender Jos Hooiveld, winger Steve de Ridder (both hamstring) and midfielders Guly do Prado (thigh) and Richard Chaplow (knee) all carrying knocks. So taking in consideration the current from of both teams and their team news I give an edge to Birmingham!
