Agree Manchester United has been eliminated from Champions League and their primary target is Premier League and for sure will not use their best players against Ajax and use more a mixed squad but even with a mixed squad will have more chances to impose because Ajax is not a force at this moment.
The Dutch competition is mediocre and there is a huge difference between these two competitions and yes the English manager might not be interested to play much in this competition but I doubt that Ajax has the game to eliminate Manchester United.
Note Ajax has problems to impose in the internal competition and is present in the phase of Europa League only because had a poorer opponent in the same group but this team is not something to be afraid.

I think you can be confident. Ajax is only getting worse and United's second or third squad is better than Ajax first.
