Agree Roberto Mancini might not be too much interested in this competition because of the fact that the Premier League represent the biggest target for this season and will use more a mixed squad with the Portuguese side.
But note an important fact, Porto is not the same convincing team from last season and despite hasn't lost many players it seems that their game is vulnerable and have problems to impose even in their internal competition where lost the first place and it seems that will lose the title to Benfica.
Also the team has disappointed in Champions League group stage where was weaker then Zenit and APOEL two teams weaker then Manchester City.

Can't complain if City goes through, he might not have players here to travel to portugal, but he will have them ready for the 2nd leg and maybe TEVEZ!!!!
