NEWCASTLE JETS TO BEAT STRUGGLING HEART

Last two matches Newcastle have shown some great spirit, winning 1-0 against strong Brisbane Roar side and destroying Sydney FC 5-2, both games on road.

Melbourne Heart is struggling after their own great run, winning 5 out of 5 matches in December. But after that they are 0-3-4. Visit to surging Newcastle might not be the answer.

Newcastle haven't won 3 straight games in a bit over more than a year, but last time they did manage to do that, one of those matches was against Heart, in Melbourne. Newcastle won 2-0, scoring both goals in 10 minutes after recieving red card in 8th minute.

Teams are currently positioned 5th(Heart) and 6th(Newcastle) and I see them changing places since they're 2 points apart.

Jets are strong attacking side with high spirit, with the likes of Ryan Griffiths(20app+7g) and New Zealand international Jeremy Brockie(20app+8g) leading the front lines. Especially after beating Roar and humiliating Sydney, I see them piling some more misery on Heart.

Medium stake on home side, who I expect to win with 3-1 or 2-1 scoreline.
