This bet is for the 2nd half only and is for England -3 to score more points than Italy in the 2nd half.

England travel to Italy after their fairly lucky win against the Scots last weekend where a charged down clearance by England right on the Scots try line resulted in the only try of the game and the only difference between the two sides. They are a new team under new leadership and hadnt gelled together completly but I am expecting that to have improved with another weeks training together and they should be a lot better thsi weekend.

Italy are normally teh whipping boys of this tournament but in the last couple of seasons they have shown how far their game has come by pushing most of the visitors closely fo rmost of teh match and even managed to beat france. Their main problem is fitness and they always seem to struggle in the last 20 minutes of a match and that is where teams often secure their win or pull away from them and I can see teh same scenario happening here. The first half could be very close but by the halfway point in the second half the Italians will be knackered and the higher fitness levels of England shoudl start to show through.

With that in mind thsi bet is just based on the 2nd half and is for England -3 points to be Italy.
