ATLANTA (+11) PTS AT ODDS 1.90

Atlanta Hawks are not the team that suit to Chicago Bulls, I am sure about that. So although Hawks are coming after huge 97-77 defeat from Portland, I still think they can stay close to Bulls today.
Already two mutual meetings between these two were in 2012. First in Chicago, Bulls won barely 76-74 (and after huge advantage for Hawks) while only couple days later in game played in Atlanta, Hawks won with score of 109-94.
Big line for tonight is probably from the reason that Derick rose is expected to return on the court. But this fact also could be helpful for this pick. After he was absent for a while, I don't expect from him to play perfect game tonight. Also I wont be suprised if he decide to stay on the bench also in this game. All-Start is coming (only two games are left before it), and I feel Rose will play in next one (the last one before All-Star).
