Agree that the Italian side is doing very well at this moment as won last 8 matches played in Euroleague and note Barcelona, Real Madrid, Unicaja and even today opponent had to leave the court defeated so to bet against them is not a smart thing but the Italian side had a busy week-end playing in the Cup, won it of course but for sure the players should be tired and home side could take advantage of that.
Bilbao is fresher because didn't had matches this week-end and having in mind that last 3 teams that went to Bilbao Arena all lost I give some chances to home side to make the 4th win in a row at home in Euroleague despite the Italian side is better then Unicaja, Caja or Real Madrid.
It remains to be seen if I was right about the Spanish run and gun win over the defensive game of the Italian side.
