SCOTTISH PREMIER LEAGUE-MOTHERWELL TO BEAT HIBS @ 1.82

Motherwell are 3rd, Hibernian are 2nd from bottom on goal difference. The form of the teams is in stark contrast, Motherwell in all competitions have gone 6 games undefeated and have won their last 3 home games, beating Hearts, who lie one place behind them, last time out 3-0 and even having a man sent off.

Hibs were resoundly beaten at home by Celtic 0-5 and this will affect their confidence which was already low. In the premier league they have 1 win in 14 games (against Dunfermline who are bottom)and have lost 4 of their last 5 away games.

The stats clearly indicate a home win here. However this being the Scottish Premier League, the standard outside of Celtic and Rangers is pretty poor so on their day any team can win. This is why I have not gone for maximum stake, this is the only caveat.

At odds of 1.82 I think it's worth taking a medium sized punt on the hosts.
