STEVEN BOWDITCH TO FINISH AS THE BEST AUSSIE IN THE TEXAS OPEN

Final result: 0 - 1
Profit: 0.00 - 2 = -2

The Pga Tour continues with the Texas Open played at The Oaks Course at the TPC San Antonio. The tournament is played on this speficic course for the 3rd time the first year being 2010. This is should be accounted for when placing bets; the results from years prior to 2010 tell nothing. The course is a difficult one which will show who can and who can't play the game.

Picks for the winner (1st place overall):

Fredrik Jacobson @ 23.35. Being a Finn I usually wouldn't place my money on Swedes, but Jacobson has played well at The Oaks placing in the top five in both of the previous tournaments there. Also solid so far overall this season.

Charley Hoffman @ 31. Hoffman has always done well in this tourney. Good odds for Hoffman who just finished T8 at the RBC Heritage. Can surprise big time.

Top 10:

Harris English @ 5. English is a really young guy with potenital to accomplish miracles. Been earning fine results lately. First time on this particular course, however.

Kevin Streelman @ 5. Streelman has been playing better and better as the season has progressed. Last year finished T15 in this Texas Open.

Cameron Tringale @ 6. Tringale has been superb time to time this year. Finished T5 two years ago and T28 a year ago in Texas. Top 10 is very possible.

Boo Weekley @ 4.75. Weekley has been hot as of late and finished 6th last week in the RBC Heritage being the only guy bringing me some return. Let's hope that that's the case also this week.

Top 20:

Roberto Castro @ 6.50. The Texan has not been able to reach the top positions yet this year, but is very stable and can easily reach the top 20 in his home state.

Garth Mulroy @ 5.50. Finished at T8 two years ago. Maybe can't do as well this year, but reaching the top 20 is certainly not an impossibilty for the South African.

Jimmy Walker @ 3. Fairly good finishes this year going over the par only twice. Achieved 3rd place in the Texas Open two years ago. Not too shabby.

J.B. Holmes @ 2.25. Holmes has been such a solid and stable golfer at Texas as he has finised both of tournaments at this tough course in the top 20 in the last two events. I hope this year this will be the case aswell.

Mark Anderson @ 4.50. Anderson has gone over the par just once this season in seven events. In other words a very stable player. 13th in the RBC Heritage last week.

Best Aussie:

Steven Bowditch @ 13. I'm not expecting too much from the Aussies in Texas, but if I had to pick one of them it would be Bowditch. Good odds imo.
