The Italian player, Andreas Seppi definitely loves to play in Belgrade. This is not the first time to he was successful here. Plus clay court is his favourite surface. And that is why I can agree that he should be favourite in today's match.
But still, the handicap line is high in this match. In my opinion there is no chance to Seppi win this one in straight sets, or at least there is no chance that we see match without Tie-Break involved. In worst case, 4-6,4-6 is what I expect but even then, this pick will be winner.
