LEVANTE TO WIN @1.75
Final result: 3 - 0Profit: 14.00 - 8 = 6
This is the final chance for Levante. Will they be playing around Europe next season?
Well, they need a win if they want to...
Athletic de Bilbao will just be coming from their own european game, hopefully winning against the also spanish team Atletico de Madrid.
Now, why bet on it on Monday and not next Friday?
Well, these odds should be 1.6 maximum.
Athletic has nothing to play for anymore, as they already took care of not caring about their league position and focus on this european final I just commented.
They are visitors, so not even the "let's give a good show to our supporters" will be working there.
Levante has had an amazing season, one they would have never dreamt of, but it's coming to and end and their play is not as good as it used to. Their last games have been lacking, specially because of Koné.
He is their striker, a guy that didn't have a minute on last years when he played at Sevilla.
Levante took him but sc**bags Sevilla wrote a little phrase on the contract that reads: "If Koné scores more than 15 goals next season, he comes back to Sevilla." Levante accepted because 15 is quite a lot!
But guess what? He reached them! He has 15, so if he plays and scores he's back in Sevilla.
Levante doesn't want that to happen, and neither does the player.
It is yet to know if this will apply, because the club is trying to fix this with Sevilla but it seeems to be pretty sure.
I realize this is against my bet, but I'm still trusting Levante. Their supporters have done a great job everytime they played at home and, although they will be under a lot of pressure, they have one of the oldest teams in the league and age is experience, so no problem here!
I'm betting on Levante to win for a spot at Europa League next season, taking it early for better odds.

For some reason odds started to increase a lot on the last minutes prior to the game... Can't understand it! Hope someone took advantage of it, because I've been away of home whole day and have had no time to get to a computer until now. Game seems won with a 2-0 and 5 minutes to go. btw, I'm happy you are liking my tips, TheGame and klaudio88. I don't bet that much on spanish football but I try to think my football tips a lot, and give good arguments when I really got them. That may not work if Falcao is around but it's like predicting the outcome of a dice roll... haha Have a nice week everyone!
Solid information. Well done
yes you right about that, but Zaragoza is not a good team and they just you know fix the games.I remember when Zaragoza had the last game with Real Madrid that Zaragoza make 1-1 with them and was the last match of season i think was on 2009 that was 3-4 teams that risk to go on Segunda Division and they should win and they draw but Real Madrid was helping Zargoza to win but they not score.I remeber that because i bet a few in Zaragoza and i was watching the match and was very funny.Olivera and other striker done to much mustake and the Goalkeeper *Cudicini* (i dont remember good) passed to much times to Oliver but he not score and Zaragoza not won that game and go in Segunda DIvision, for me Zaragoza is not a team that you can trust :(. For Athletic i think that Levante will win.I'm a fan of Athletic and they will help a few Levante.
Thanks klaudio. I don't know if you followed my football tips for today, can't update beause I'm working from my phone and it's just too much work to do it with this device, but I was quite unlucky on Almeria. Almeria played awful, they definetely don't deserve the promotion playoff with their game. About this tip, and the Getafe-Zaragoza one, I'm pretty confident. This one would be different if played at Bilbao because of the "pride" and the supporters, showing they are a good team after losing the finals and all that stuff.. you know... but Levante has managed to completely fill up their stadium for tomorrow and they will definetely have a great support from the crowd even before the game starts. To that, add that Athletic needs to rest players and this "obscure things" I wrote about in the last post (could link to spanish news about the time, but you probably wouldn't understand a word about it. I believe Levante should easily win this one. About the other pick I have aroun here, Getafe-Zaragoza, I was confident with it but today news about Zaragoza having debts with Getafe because of Uche (a player), and all the rumours being spred about 3 teams being interested on Zaragoza loosing... well, one kind of sees Getafe trying harder but the team has been on holidays for 3 weeks now, and Zaragoza is coming strong so despite that, I still think it's a good bet. Good luck to you too!
i like to much your tips because you give good arguments and i agree with you Athletic will be a few tolerant because Levante need this vitory for Europa League
Odds have already dropped, but you can go with a handicap if you feel like. There are rumours of a fixed game, because Levante did sell themselves back in 2007 to Athletic, and on the agreement it was said that it was a two-way thing, to be returned by Athletic at some point in history. This has arrived. There was in fact a leaked conversation about it, saying that one day this would come back. Well, as everything, this are not valid arguments and that is why I tried to explain my tip with valid arguments and not this obscure things.

The Odds: Luis Suarez To Real Madrid?

Oh I'm commenting again because I forgot to update the tip about Koné. In fact he and Levante made up an injury so he had a reason not to play, not like he really needed one but... Now he will be free of contract on June because he didn't reach the goal line setted by Sevilla and he will be able to find a new team, and a new contract. It may not be in Levante though, even if I think it would be the best for him because he tried luck in Hannover and in Sevilla and it was never the same as when he was in Holland, Levante is different from him. As a note, this was a very clever thing from Sevilla. They had a very bad player that, if he didn't do good this season he would go out of contract and free to join any other team (no more salary from Sevilla next season) and if he did good he would be back at Sevilla. All in all, they were on a win-win situation: send a bad player and either get rid of a bad player or get a good player back. Just Levante fooled them around a bit.
