It usually pays to take note when A.P. McCoy teams up with Jim Best, as he does here. McCoy takes the ride on BOLLIN JUDITH who got off the mark last month in a maiden at Newton Abbot and looked a decent convert to hurdling. Bollin Judith is a multiple flat winner who should account for these rivals provided she is as effective on soft going. The handicapper has awarded her a fair mark for that effort which could be considered lenient on the basis of her flat form.

Petit Fleur is a consistent and reliable type but usually finds one too good these days. Oscar Baby is excused her last run as she was found to have shod a plate, but had previously won a novices handicap and looks to be the alternative in this race. However, she does have more to find to beat the selection.
