QUESTIONNING TO WIN @ 3/1
Final result: 0 - 1Profit: 0.00 - 6 = -6
This is a competitive race where the ground conditions could have the biggest say in who wins than the on course competition. Mome of these horses would welcome anymore rain, but at least QUESTIONING has shown a tolerance heavy ground when finishing runner up to Penitent in a Group 2 contest at Sandown. Before that, he beat Twice Over in a Grade 3 at Newmarket and on better ground would be a confident choice.
Godolphin have two representatives with Hunter's Light likely to be the stable's primary chance. He won a listed event at Lingfield on the a/w course, has run on very soft ground before and could run into a place.
Wigmore Hall has held his own in top class group company and ran out a group 1 winner at Woodbine in September. However, he showed a disliking for bottomless ground when running down the field in the Prix Ganay at Longchamp recently and is too risky to support here.
Marcret has some useful form in Meydan but is likely to find conditions against him today.
