PETSAS PLEASURE TO WIN @ 15/2
Final result: 0 - 1Profit: 0.00 - 2 = -2
With just seven runners, we're one short of the required for 3 places on an each-way bet. This is a pity because PETSAS PLEASURE looks solid place material and could spring a surprise. However, although 3lb out of the handicap, she still looks too big at 15/2 to pip Royal Opera. She had a refresher run at Redcar last month over 7f and should strip much fitter today in a race she's capable of winning.
Royal Opera was beaten five lengths at Wolverhampton in February in a much more competitive race and has since won over hurdles. He looks pretty fairly treated on flat form and is the chief danger to Petsas Pleasure.
Daring Dream is the other horse with a fair chance but at the price Petsas Pleasure is worth a small investment.
