TORONTO BLUE JAYS -1.5 AT ODDS 2.15
Final result: 7 - 6Profit: 0.00 - 2 = -2
I made a real money bet on the Jays to win the -1.5 run line yeasterday and won some cash...didnt post the tip in time for this website...I expect the Jays to beat the -1.5 run line again today.
The Blue Jays are a good team...the Twins are a struggling team. The Twins have the worst team batting average for the month of May (.165)...an insanely low batting average...without offence the Twins are going to have a difficult time keeping this game close.
Blue Jays right-hander Kyle Drabek walked five and struck out two over five eight-hit innings on Saturday in a losing effort against the Angels. Drabek has record of 2-3 with an ERA of 3.34 and a respectable WHIP of 1.46.
Twins starter Nick Blackburn fell behind early and couldn't recover in Sunday's loss to the Mariners, giving up five earned runs on seven hits and three walks with four strikeouts in six innings. Blackburn has a record of 0-4 with high ERA of 6.84 and a WHIP of 1.59.
The Blue Jays have the better team and the better pitcher.
