Knapp had a good performance in Estoril and that's about it on this year for her. In fact, it wasn't that much of a good performance considering her opponents, and the real win among them was the one against Kirilenko, with a very good comeback.
That tournament from Knapp is giving a boost to this odds, that would be at around 1.5 if that hadn't happened.

I don't think it is that important for us, and I preffer to believe Vinci is a player on a completely different level, who should win this game easily.
Even if Rome is not really her tournament, and it is true that she is basically doing great on doubles this year but there's no reason not to trust her here. She is a great clay player and should reach quarterfinals, at least, where she should meet Azarenka and, probably, lose there.

I trust Vinci in this italian matchup, and give her a small handicap that can easily get covered, even if we reach 3 sets.
