In my opinion the best option for this match is Over 22.5, this line is not too high and I see very good chances for the three sets here. Odds in Paddy Power not look bad to play, I must try it.

Isner played one time against Seppi in past, 5 long sets at Australian Open 2010. I waiting for the next close match.

Isner in first round match won after three sets against Phillip Kohlschreiber, 2-6, 7-6, 6-2. Kohlschreiber made extremally choke when serving for the match in second.. After that Isner look totally untouchable on the serve.

Andreas Seppi is local player, solid claycouter, played good match in first round against Istomin. Seppi for sure can hold many service games on the surface like this against Isner.
