North Queensland Cowboys - Penrith Panthers

COWBOYS (-4) TO WIN @ 10/11

After the surprises in Round 10 of the NRL last week, no result can be forecast with absolute certainty...but I really think the handicap line should be higher on this one. I reckon the Cowboys could win this by around 12-20 points so with just a -4pt handicap, they are the outstanding NRL bet this weekend.

Last week, the Panthers game against Dragons went the way of the form book with a narrow 1pt win for Penrith, 13-12 having led 12-0 at half-time. Meanwhile the Cowboys were impressive wide-margin winners away to the Kinights 32-12. In their game against the Dragons, the Panthers crushed them 30-6 so its difficult to anticipate such a tight game here despite the loss of some star players on Origins duty.

I think the Cowboys will win by 12, a degree of comfort above the handicap line.
