Serbia and Sweden are biggest favorites to win first place in Semi Final 2, also they are among top candidates to win this competition.
The rules for the semi finals are the only nations who participate can vote for others.
This is the reason why I see advantage for Serbia.
Serbia is receiving lot of points from neighbour countries, and in the same semi final draw are Bosnia, Slovenia, FYROM, Croatia who are giving traditionally lot of points to Serbia.
