Final result: 2 - 0Profit: 12.96 - 9 = 3.96
Like all Euro 2012 finalists, Spain have a couple of friendlies to help determine their final squad, first team, game strategies and tactics, make player assessments, etc. They also have an eager nation to satisfy with a win and to build some positive momentum going into the championships.
Spain are pre-tournament favourites - no surprise as the FIFA ranked #1 team, current world and european champions. Apart from the loss of David Silva, the champions are no weaker this time around and will take all the beating. Although a friendly and more on the performance than the result, I still expect Spain to win / most likely 1-0 or 2-0.
A win to nil is a sensible alternative, but I'm going for the straight win at 4/9.
