Germany should be rated higher than Romania in this group. I'm leaving Serbia apart because they have similar level.
Despite that, Germany drew against both of them so they now have a hard way to the qualification.
They must win and hope the others draw, and still win by 3-4 goals to have chances.

Iexpect them to put up a very aggressive game and try for a game full of goals. Well, Over 2.5 is paid at only 1.4...
Hungary has a bad defense but their attack is even worse. I see Germany having the ball for most of the game and, thus, generating a lot of scoring opportunities.
