I'm taking this one early without even knowing how Pinnacle will open it, but I expect a ride on Cholet by experienced punters. This is an obvious mistake by the bookies and represents huge value.
Le Mans finished the regular season on 4th place, meanwhile Cholet entered this play-offs as # 8 by eliminating regular season winner Gravelines in three games. Still, Le Mans get way too much credit here.
I saw two of the 3 matches in their 2-1 win over Nancy. The hosts are obviously the weakest remaining team which entered this stage of the competition. That's because they played the 2nd worse team in the 1/4 finals (Nancy), and has nothing to do with their strength. I've already pointed that out in my Le Mans - Nancy series bets. This team is even below college basketball level.
I already stated even before the series against Gravelines started, that Cholet can eliminate them. And exactly that happened. They were widely underestimated just because they entered the play-offs as 8th placed team, but that had to do with their injuries at the beginning of the season. They proved all wrong and eliminated Gravelines in the 3rd game after OT. It's simply amazing that the bookies set them as a 3.5 point underdog instead the other way around. Let's make some money on that mismatch.

I'm giving up that shit. I don't understand that game anymore. Cholet was leading from the 1st second until minute 34:48 (61-68). In the next 5 minutes, they throw away a deserved win allowing that crap team from Le Mans to come back with a 18-4 series in exactly 4 mins and 16 seconds (39:04 79-72). On top of that, they missed 4 of 5 free throws in the last 27 seconds of the game at 81-78. Of course they had to foul some dude and send him to the free throw line at 0.01 seconds to the end to make that 83-78. I'm fucking made and I give up basketball betting for this season, end of story. Will post some EURO picks and then head to Poland to watch Croatia's EURO journey lifting that trophy on July 1 in Kiev. Until then, far well ...
