Euro 2012 , Group A

Group A consists of hometeam Poland, Greece , Russia and Czech Republic. It is very balanced team and i dont know why russia should be clear favourite in that group as the odds consider that. Russia never convinced in that tournaments.. The have some important missings in defense and their offense does not convince me at all. Greece ist really mediocre team, they are old team still with players like Karagounis , Gekas , but also they refreshed the squad with talented players like papadopolous, ninis or Holebas. Czechs dont look in good shape, also old team , Baros is still their best striker, Rosicky injured at the moment but will be a key player, czech they have good goalie. But they lack in creativity , defense looks old and slow.
Poland in my opinion has a very good squad with good goalie Szecny , defense looks very solid , then they have great form players from borussia dortmund Pisczeck , Kuba and Lewandowski all played a fantastic season and team looks very balanced and showed great preparation games. I think in front of their home fans they will play a fantastic EURO at home and of course qualify for next round. The odds are much to high for my opinion and cannot see poland failing in this balanced group. Even first place in this group is very possible for Poland. Odds 3,75 just insane for this outcome. Russia is much overrated.
