This is a very important match for Romania, and their chances of getting a large goal difference are huge.
Greece is a very bad team, the players play at a very low level competition while Romania is used at playing with the best (and often loosing) and the players compete in real competitions.

Romania must win this game to keep the #1 seed entering into the European Championship. This #1 seed can let them avoid the top teams like Montenegro, Norway, France, Croatia and some others.
They are fighting with Serbia for that seed, because they both have 8 points and Serbia will win their game 100% too.

Then, if we know that the tie-break will be decided by goal difference... what should we bet on?
It's pretty clear, Romania and to keep a great margin against Greece.

I don't understand the line partially because Romania won by 10 points on Greece and things haven't changed: the better team remains great and the worse remains useless.
