Spain goes in as obvious favourites in this group. La Furia Roja travelled to Poland and Ukraine without all-time leading goalscorer David Villa and defender Carles Puyol because of injury. This team is now weaker than the team which triumphed back in 2008.
But they are still favorites to win Group C and EURO 2012.
