Melanie Oudin - Irina Falconi

OUDIN TO WIN

I have been watching Melanie Oudin and have been very impressed with her performance. I think she will beat Irina without any problems and Melanie leads 1-0 in head-to-head series. What is interesting, they played in Charlottesville this year. Melanie Oudin won in three sets. The match was played on clay but this is on grass.

Melanie Oudin is a young, talented tennis player who is in very good form and has won five matches in a row in Birmingham. The last match she ripped Elena Vesnina apart. Vesnina was able to win only two games. Melanie Oudin showed great tennis skills, won all her service games, did not make many unfored errors, played rallied really well. Oudin looks really good on grass and I have no doubt that she is dangerous player on this surface.

On the other hand Irina Falconi has won three matches in two sets in Birmingham, defeated very good rival in the last match - Urszula Radwanska. Urszula Radwanska is the younger sister of WTA No. 3 Agnieszka Radwa?ska, she can play on high level.

I think that Melanie Oudin will win. She is able to beat great players, played in the fourth round at Wimbledon and in the quarterfinal at US Open. A player to watch in the future.
