St.James's Palace Stakes is always a tough event to be bussy with, but DRAGON PULSE has very valuable price to ignore. He won last year the Futurity Stakes (G2) at Curragh beating Parish Hall. This year he won Prix de Fontainebleau (G3) at Longchamp on a softish ground. He was also 1/2L back of today's favourite Power at Goffs National Stakes (G1), where he was the favourite as well. All these performances are good enough to see him in the frame in a good price. Start box (10) would'nt be a problem, while being winner on a Good & Soft ground, today's conditions will suit. FN Berry does'nt ride often for this trainer, but he does have an excellent strike rate with selection's owner (67%).
Anything above 3.00 is fine, and at current price he deserves a small win-bet.
