Jeremy Chardy takes on Andy Roddick in the 2nd round in Eastbourne and I think that Roddick will win this match and should be able to cover this handicap.
Roddick has a win rate of 50% this season so far and has picked his tournaments well and has progressed well in almost all of them apart from the French Open where he went out in the first round. Last season he played excellent on grass reaching the semi final of Queens and the 3rd round of Wimbledon and I think he will be focusing on this tournament to provide a base for Wimbledon. In the first round he played Querrey who retired in the first set but Roddick was 5-2 up and was looking good.
Chardy has a good win rate of 50% this season but quite a few of those victories were at the start of the season and he hasnt performed as well recently. Last season he played 2 ATP tour matches on grass and lost them both. In the first round he beat Paul-Henri Mathieu who is ranked over 180 and he only managed a 2-1 win.
In summary Roddick plays well on grass and will be seeing this tournament as vital preperation for Wimbledon and he should win this match comfortably
