ASIAN HANDICAP MATCH

Since there is no Euro games on today and the shock defeat of France which I never saw coming and bet you lot didn't either, I am turning my attentions to domestic football around the globe.

This is a derby match based in Finland Veikkausliga. Helsinki are currently sitting on top of the league and travel to Mariehamn who are sitting are third.

Mariehamn have gone on a ten game unbeaten run after being beaten by Helsinki and possess a strong home record where they played 6 winning 3 drawing 3.

Both teams like to play offensively and for me HJK Helsinki are a better side and their away record says it all as they have won 7 on the road and losing just once.

I can see this being an open end to end game as both teams will want to win. I was looking at over 2.5 goals but my gut feeling is saying that it will end up goaless as they will cancel each other out playing cautiously and hitting on break rather the usual offensive style they normally play.

So for me its a draw or Helsinki win and the Asian Handicap +0.75 for the home side will give them a two goal advantage.
