This is a matchup tie between the two Red Bull cars, Vettel has found himself at pole position at the European Grand Prix while his teammate went out of qualifying after the first round. Which makes Webber starting back of the grid and nothing above 19th place. Now that is a lot ground to cover to even getting near Vettel in the front and from my point of view, this is a huge task and something that looks very unlikely unless Vettel have some technical problem in the race and falls behind, if not, then you know Vettel is likely to go on and at least get podium in Valencia. This is a safe bet.
