I would have even played over 45 if such line would have existed here.
But 40.5 was the highest adjustable under/over line available at Pinny.
Tipsarevic is suffering, had one tie-break against Wang, two tie breaks against Zemlja, lost a set against the latter, I don't know if he should be the favorite here.
Youzhny is good on grass, had easy matches here and no problems so far.
This it the typical fight game when 2 players of this type are involved and I see it decided in a fifth set.
But even if we have only 4 sets, imagine a score like: 6-4, 7-6, 3-6, 6-3. Name the winner. Beacuse I cannot see sets won at 2 or less between such players.
A definite over for me.
