In my opinion Frederico Gil is a big favorite in this match and should beat his opponent in two sets. It will be first meeting between these players. Frederico Gil's favourite surface is claycourt and he feels great on this surface. His service is not so strong as Ilhan's serve but to be honest, service on clay is not as important as on hardcourt. There is no denying that Frederico plays better in rallies, does not make many unforced errors. Marsel Ilhan often plays at challenger level. What is more he is in poor form, has won only 5 matches on claycourt this season. He was destroyed by Jan Hajek in the last match at Braunschweig challenger. Generally speaking, he is playing weak tennis this season and I think he will lose.

Leetoptips, notice that I added tip at 13:08 and you did bet the next day at 7:50 am. bwin is one of the bookies which offers bets early and then other bookies have no offer on tennis. I took this odd. Sometimes it is good choice as in this case because odds dropped and now the highest is 1.55 at betsson, sometimes it is bad choice - for example my bet with Monantes - after I took this odd, other bookies gave offer on this match and odd for Montantes's win was over 2. It works both ways.
I put a bet on at Bwin and it's not the odds as you suggested and is as low as 1.45 for Frederico Gil to win :(
