Not only do we have an american pair playing on home soil, which is quite relevant on the USA, but they are also a great doubles pair.
Now that they entered their 30's, Spears and Kops Jones decided to focus on their doubles and they have been playing together for a long time. They may not go to the Olympics because of how stacked the USA team is, but they would surely do better than some of the attenders... those invites...

Against them we will have a first time pair, featuring Marina Erakovic and Heather Watson. They advanced the first round with difficulties against a way worse pair, and showed awful coordination.
I don't think they are ready to take on a good pair like they are doing tonight.

Kops Jones and Spears should take this with a 2-0 if they don't fall asleep for some minutes....
