Marina Erakovic - Dominika Cibulkova

CIBULKOVA'S COME BACK

Next match, which I choiced for second round in Carlsbad is match between New Zelander player Marina Erakovic and Slovakian Dominika Cibulkova. For me this match will win Cibulkova. She is on definitelly higher position than her today's rival. Cibulkova is 14th, but Erakovic 47th. Cibulkova is playing more stable tennis than Marina. On hard courts maybe Cibulkova doesn't have good efficiency, but Erakovic has even worse than Dominika. Slovakian player has efficiency 6/9 in this year on hard courts, but Erakovic has 4/6. Cibulkova made a progres and she is playing very well. After clay and grass season she advanced on the highest position in her life in WTA ranking on 12th position, but she lost few points in Stanford and now she is 14th. I think, that Cibulkova's skills are better than Erakovic. Erakovic is good player, of course, but i think, that it's too less to beat Cibulkova.
