Technology, in particular multimedia platforms, continue to make the world seem a smaller place... and the proof is that a canine lie myself can doze with an earpiece in my left lug and tune into Major League Baseball over in the big U.S of A. I've been getting quite into the action of late and I really fancy one team tonight - Atlanta Braves - but thought I'd share my paw-picks from the other games too.

Cleveland Indians entertain the Baltimore Orioles - a game Cleveland are expected to win and I think they probably will, but I don't see too many runs difference and I don't see many runs in the game. I'm going for Total Runs under the 9.0 line at odds of 2.06

In the Atlanta Braves VS Miami Marlins, I really fancy the Braves to add another win in the series. They have a 52-42 record against Miami's 44-50 and the other stats and recent form back up my selection: scored more runs, conceded fewer runs, more hits, fewer errors, etc. Atlanta have won the last four H2H games and I expect this to be a close game but another Atlanta win. They are the "underdogs" at 2.12.

When Gavin Flloyd and Francisco Librano pitch for Minnesota and Chicago (White Sox) respectively, there tend to be few runs. Five of the last six games involving these two pitchers have scored 6 or less runs. I expect this game to be one of the lower scoring games on Monday and the total runs line looks a bit high at 9.0. I am going for Under 9 runs in the game at 2.11.

I fancy the Yankees to see off the Seattle Mariners tonight. NY have relief KURODA pitching and he's 3 for last 3 games, whereas Millwood for Seattle is 0 for 3. The three game series in May this year at Seattle all finished 6-2 - twice in favour of the Yankees. I expect the Yankees to win this series with a little more in hand. I'm going for Yankees (-1.5) to take this @ 2.06.
