Starcraft 2 game from GSL Code A Ro24. Best of 3 games.

While last round of Code A brought me some bad results, I expect much more from this one. Players are more motivated since results now pay off a lot more than it did on the previous round.

On this game we have two quite in form players, but they come from way different situations.
We have had aLive competing at MLG Arena this weekend, in New York, and 2-3 days later he has to be in Korea playing for Code A, in a match where he needs to prepare to actually have chances.
It is true that I have backed 'travellers' recently in worse situations, but aLive is not used to it and that will go against him.

He is a good terran player, but definetely not on his best form. His strategies have been the same for a long time and this lack of improvement makes his opponents aware of his moves.


Against him we will have PartinG, a protoss from team StarTale. You may want to call him a PvP specialist, but he does good against zergs too.
Not only does he have the advantage of coming fresher to this game, but he jst beated MC today and this is surely a huge morale and confidence boost for anyone.
He started this season in Code S but fell to Code A after losing close series against Symbol and MKP. That is acceptable. His previous round at Code A was a fast sweep.
I think that he is, compared to his opponent, a very versatile player with a great unit control. He has gained a lot of experience over the last months, and while his team is not on the best moment right now, I think that backing him is the right decision today.

Odds are still even for this two players, with aLive starting as a slim favourite, but I think that PartinG has more arguments to advance.
