Simon is not very good on this surface. His best achievement is 3rd round. Looking at his first matches on grass recently, they all have been tight. In 2010 Wimby he played TB against Alcaide (?) in the 1st round, last year he won in 4 against Roger-Vasselin, this year was beaten in 3 by Malisse (one TB). Very interesting are recent losses of Kukushkin in Wimbledon. In fact all of them whenever he played here involved at least one set when 7 games were reached. He forced Federer (last year) to a TB in the first set and Nishikori this year to 5-7. I do think that here Simon won’t have easy match. His only experience of Kazakstan player on grass was 2-1 win against Korolev. I think that this line is beatable.
