Argentina had a very large score against Lithuania, reaching over 100 points and with a good show from their players but... Lithuania didn't defend at all in that game, and for this game I expect France to have better defenders.
Ginobili, main south american player, will not find an easy path against the europeans because Batum is a great defender.

France offensive will rely on Parker, who always does good when playing with his national team and although he should also have a hard time attacking, he has good understanding with his teammates.

I expect a tight game here, and the handicap is not very large but good enough for a bet. Should see around 80 points for each team.
