Czech will meet Serbia in Prague, where they will try to defend the title won last season.
Even the bookies have set home team as big favorite it is definitely not going to be easy to win Serbia.
The most important home player is Petra Kvitova, who is currently in the best shape, she also has support from some very good players like Safarova and Benesova.
At the other side in Serbian team there are Ana Ivanovic and Jelena Jankovic, who are former world number one players, so it is not big advantage in single for home side, if there is any.
In Fed Cup current shape is not very important as players usually play much better when representing the national team. It is especially case with Jelena Jankovic, who has played some of her best matches in career in this competition.
Serbia didn't have luck with draw, so after wins in Belgium and Russia they will have one more away match. After two wins against mentioned teams it is obvious Serbia has enough power to make one more win against strong opponent.
Guests will probably be more motivated, since no matter they have very good team in last couple of years, they didn't manage to win this trophy.
Serbia has won Davis Cup in 2010 (men's competition), so now it is time for ladies to do something similar.

Petra Kvitova withdraws from the tournament in Istanbul due to injury. There are some chances she will not even participate in Fed Cup final.
Still some time from now but it's never too early to back a winner. So good luck with backing the 3.49 odds.

I have found the league in drop down menu, but the teams and time are added manually. The date should be 3rd November, not 4th. Sorry for the mistake.

i think that czech republic will win because they have a great double team
