Brendan Rodgers starts life as Liverpool manager with a tough trip to the Hawthorns, but with plenty of new faces this is an exciting time to be a Liverpool fan. Suarez and Downing could flank Borini in a front three, while Joe Allen may come in to the centre of midfield. On the West Brom front, new manager Steve Clarke starts the season with an almost fully fit squad - Liam Ridgewell and Jerome Thomas the only injury worries. History is very much on Liverpool's side, with Liverpool having won 5 of their last 6 away matches against West Bromwich Albion in all competitions, keeping a clean sheet and scoring at least 2 in 5 out of 6 of them games. Liverpool's problem last years was not making chances, it was converting them. Pre-season was good for Liverpool and with things looking on the up i'm quite confident of a Liverpool win here.
